TELAMI in relation to the products you have purchased, will provide the legal guarantee of compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in art. 128 and following of the Italian Consumption Code. In particular, the rights arising from such warranty may be exercised, provided that the products have been used properly, with due diligence and respect for the intended use and the provisions of the provided instructions, and after presentation by the customer of the delivery receipt received with the same and indicating the order number. Costs related to the return of products due to the effect of the warranty will be borne by TELAMI.
TELAMI devotes great attention to your needs and guarantees you the utmost trustworthiness and reliability, both in purchasing support and in handling orders and returns. It also commits itself to complying with the estimated delivery times indicated on the website. In case of unforeseen events that are the direct responsibility of TELAMI, you will always be promptly notified by our Customer Support team.
Privacy Policy Notice
The data provided to Telami srl, through the website at www.telami.it (hereafter the "Site") when using the services provided by Telami (hereafter "Services"), will be processed in compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data (GDPR EU Regulation 2016/679 and Italian Privacy Code). Telami informs users of the following.

- Nature of the processed data and purpose of the processing
2.1. The personal data processed are exclusively of users who have reached the age of majority, where personal data refers to any information about an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly by reference to any other information.
The data processed are those provided by the user to the Data Controller when registering for the newsletter service and/or requesting the provision/activation of a Telami Service and/or when sending communications to Telami via email or through a dedicated form, such as name and surname, date of birth, email address, postal address, phone number, as well as data collected by Telami during browsing on the Site, such as IP address, information obtained through cookies.
2.2 The data will be used for the following purposes:
- A) for the execution of the requested Services, for compliance with legal obligations and community regulations, as well as for the exercise of rights in court;
- B) for the promotion, via email, phone calls with an operator, SMS, MMS of commercial offers related to and/or connected with Telami Services, as well as for sending advertising material exclusively concerning Telami products or services, as well as for conducting market research and sending free samples or promotional gifts of modest value;
- C) for analyzing consumer habits and choices, creating a profile of the user based on the information and preferences expressed during browsing the Site or during the use of the requested Services, for sending personalized advertising communications via email, SMS, MMS, postal mail, and operator-assisted phone calls.
The profiling activity identified in section 2.2C will not produce legal effects on the user nor will it personally concern them, except for the communication and promotion of personalized offers.
- Mandatory/optional nature of data provision
3.1 The provision of the data requested at the time of activating the Services for the purposes identified in section 2.2A above is mandatory, as it is strictly necessary for the provision of the requested Services and compliance with legal obligations. Refusal to provide the data will prevent Telami from completing the process of providing the requested Services and/or complying with legal obligations.
3.2 The provision of the data requested for the purposes identified in sections 2.2B, 2.2C above is optional.
Refusal to consent to the purposes outlined in sections 2.2B, 2.2C will not affect the provision of the Services. Users can still use Telami's Services.
Users may oppose processing for the purposes outlined in sections 2.2B, 2.2C either immediately by not giving consent during the activation of the newsletter service or additional Services, or at a later time by sending an email to info@telami.it. Users, at the time of activating the Services, check boxes to consent to the use of the data identified above for the specified purposes; if users do not check a particular box, it will be considered that they have not allowed to processing for that purpose.

4.1 Users' data will be collected online during the activation of the requested Services, through the comparison of elements or parts of information, or through the use of email.

4.3 Users' data, stored electronically/magnetically/digitally, is stored and archived on a server located in the United States; personal data stored in paper form will be archived in appropriate registers and/or files whose storage will be guaranteed by placing them in appropriate containers, stored in suitable premises. Telami declares that data recorded on its server and/or in suitable premises are protected against the risk of intrusion and unauthorized access and that it has taken security measures to guarantee the integrity and availability of the data and protect the areas and places of data storage and accessibility.
In particular, the company hosting our server is duly certified according to the Privacy Shield.
4.4 Personal data will be processed by employees and/or collaborators of Telami who act as data processors or authorized personnel, within their respective functions and according to the instructions provided by Telami.

5.1 Users' personal data may be communicated to certain subjects appointed by Telami to provide the requested Services and to comply with legal obligations.
Data may be communicated to:
- a) individuals, companies, or professionals providing accounting, administrative, legal, tax, and financial assistance to Telami, consultancy and collaboration services;

6.2.4 The data subject has the right to object, at any time, to the processing of personal data concerning them:
- a) for reasons related to their particular situation, including profiling;
- b) where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
6.2.5 The data subject has the right to:
- a) obtain from the data controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement;
- b) receive personal data concerning them that they have provided to Telami, in a commonly used electronic format that is easy to read, and have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without interference;
- c) obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning them, and the data controller is obliged to erase personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:
- the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject withdraws consent on which processing is based, and there are no other legal grounds for the processing;
- the data subject objects to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;
- personal data has been unlawfully processed

- personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under European Union or member state law to which the data controller is subject;
- d) obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing.
6.3 To exercise the rights mentioned above and receive information about the parties to whom the data has been communicated or who may become aware of the data while acting as data processors or authorized personnel, users can contact Telami by sending a request using the contact details provided above.
The data controller will provide information on the action taken on the data subject's request without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request. This period can be extended by another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The data controller informs the data subject of any extension within one month of receiving the request, stating the reasons for the delay. If the data subject makes the request by electronic means, the information will be provided electronically, where possible, unless otherwise requested by the data subject.
- Processing time
7.1 Personal data will be processed concerning the purpose mentioned in section 2.2.A for a period no longer than necessary for the execution of the requested Services and compliance with legal, tax, and accounting obligations in effect, and, in any case, for a period no longer than 10 years after the end of the aforementioned obligation (as per applicable provisions regarding prescription).
7.2 Personal data will be processed concerning the purposes outlined in section 2.2.B (marketing/promotional activities) for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date consent was given for personal data processing.
7.3 Personal data will be processed concerning the purposes mentioned in section 2.2.C (profiling activities) for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date consent was given for personal data processing.
7.4 At the end of the processing period, data will be deleted or permanently anonymized.

ORDERING ON TELAMI.IT
Most of the products you see online are made to order and crafted by hand specifically for you. Production times are indicated on each product page.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. In the Account section of the website, you will always find a summary of your order history.
PAYMENTS
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and PayPal. Our prices are shown in the currency of the country you belong to. Please note that any reference to dollars refers to US dollars.
DUTIES AND TAXES
EU customers do not need to worry about duties, as they are either not due or are prepaid by Telami Srl. Orders shipped outside of these countries may be subject to taxes. Customs authorities may ask you to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN, or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance are not uncommon.
Additionally, based on local regulations, we are currently collecting sales tax in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Please ensure you provide us with all documentation proving tax exemption (eg, a valid resale certificate) before placing your order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide: you can select the shipping destination during browsing or before proceeding to checkout. Orders are shipped from Italy. They are delivered safely and securely using the best couriers. Not all shipments are insured for the full value of the product; if you wish, you can request insurance separately for an additional fee.

Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery, but upon request, we also offer in-home delivery by contacting us directly at customerservice@telami.it.
Curbside Delivery
This is our standard delivery method. The delivery date cannot be scheduled, and the package will be placed outside your home, on the sidewalk. Two consecutive delivery attempts will be made, only on business days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can easily return it within the return window specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Conditions of Sale - Trade pages.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
The return procedure is simple: just contact the Customer Service team, who will guide and assist you every step of the way. Once the return procedure has been explained, you must contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the goods to be returned.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been specially customized for you. You can ship the product in its original packaging with a courier of your choice. Return shipping and any import duties into Italy will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once the products reach our warehouse and it is confirmed that they are in the same condition as when initially shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

The delivery time of an order depends on the type and availability of the items you have purchased. On the tab of each product you can find an estimated delivery time. We will do our best to ensure the best possible service and to activate a direct line between you and the courier who will deliver your order.TELAMI is committed to meeting the estimated delivery times indicated on the website. However, in case of any unforeseen events during production or processing of the order, you will always be notified promptly by the TELAMI team. Who deals with shipping?
Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered with the best couriers available on the market. As soon as your order is assigned to them we will send you an email with the tracking number through which you will check the shipping status of your order.
When can you ask for particular consignments?
If your order includes items that require special care during transportation, you could ask for a delivery with insurance or for a plan delivery. Once you check out and make the payment, write an email to customerservice@telami.it and we will contact specialized couriers whose delivery times may vary from the indicated standard times. The option with insurance is a solution that increases the shipping cost, equal to the supplement required to secure the products. The plan delivery option is a solution that includes an increase in shipping cost. A specialized delivery service will call you to set up an appointment and deliver the order to your entrance plan. Remember that the service can only be done under ideal conditions of accessibility, so always check that the floor access meets these requirements (stairwells and entrance doors sufficiently wide).
What should I do upon delivery of my order?
We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery. Verify that the packaging is intact and that the content is not altered or damaged in any way. In the case of anomalies, write "Accepted subject to checking"* on the carrier's delivery note before signing and send an email to us at customerservice@telami.it with the details of the delivery. Please note that you have 14 days to report any damages and make a complaint. After this deadline we will no longer be able to accept neither complaints nor reports of irregularities.

Returns and Claims
How can I contact you for assistance on products?
If you have any doubts or need assistance with the products purchased, please contact our customer service at customerservice@telami.it. If you wish a phone contact, please specify it in your email by providing your contact number: we will call you as soon as possible.
How can I make a return or exchange and how long will it take?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days (from the date of delivery of the order) to decide to voluntarily return one or more items. Only if a product is diffused, defective, or damaged during shipment, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or ask for a refund. If you decide to voluntarily return one or more items, shipping costs will be at your expenses. Follow the instructions outlined below, both in the case of voluntary redundancy or damaged product return:
- Contact our Customer Service by writing to customerservice@telami.it within 14 business days of the order delivery date. In case of defective item you will be asked for documentation of defect and/or damage.
- The items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly packaged and packed in the original box.
- Remember to include a copy of the shipping document in the parcel, which will be sent to you via email from our Customer Service and you will need to highlight the returned products and the reason for the return.
- For shipping, use the same cardboard box in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use a safe socket.

How can I place an order on TELAMI?
Ordering on TELAMI is a matter of just a few clicks. After selecting all the products you want, go to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the top right icon, review the items you've added and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Do not worry: you will still be able to modify the selected products or change your mind before the end of the purchase process. Some details are required to continue with the order, including the shipping address. At this stage, choose whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering. In this second case, please note that you will not be able to redeem any discount coupons in your possession.Once you have entered your information and the coupon, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card details and SecureCode code provided by your bank handy. By clicking on the "Buy Now" button, your order will be completed and we will send you a confirmation email (if you do not receive our email immediately, check also the Promotions tab of your inbox).
How can I modify or delete my order?
Once you've completed your order, you will not be able to change it. That is why we recommend that you review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with the payment. If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, email us at customerservice@telami.it. Please note that orders can not be canceled if they have already been shipped: in this case, you must follow the return procedure.
What are the payment methods available?
You can pay for your order with - credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - prepaid card – PayPal. In the case of credit card payments, we advise you to have the SecureCode code provided by your bank handy to speed up your purchase. If you prefer to use bank transfer mode, you can contact customerservice@telami.it and you will be emailed with payment details; you will then be asked to send a copy of the payment receipt to customerservice@telami.it.
How can I request the invoice?
To request the invoice of your order, send an email with all your data, including your tax code or VAT number, and the reference order number to customerservice@telami.it. Remember that the invoice must be requested by the end of the month of your purchase; once the billing month is closed, we will no longer be able to proceed with your request. The invoice will be sent to you by email after the delivery of the order.
Where can I check the status of my order?
We will notify you of the tracking number of the order with a notification to the email address indicated at the time of purchase. You will then be able to monitor the status of the shipment on the chosen courier site.
