ORDERING ON TELAMI.IT

Most of the products you see online are made to order and crafted by hand specifically for you. Production times are indicated on each product page.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. In the Account section of the website, you will always find a summary of your order history.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and PayPal. Our prices are shown in the currency of the country you belong to. Please note that any reference to dollars refers to US dollars.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

EU customers do not need to worry about duties, as they are either not due or are prepaid by Telami Srl. Orders shipped outside of these countries may be subject to taxes. Customs authorities may ask you to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN, or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance are not uncommon.

Additionally, based on local regulations, we are currently collecting sales tax in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Please ensure you provide us with all documentation proving tax exemption (e.g., a valid resale certificate) before placing your order.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide: you can select the shipping destination during browsing or before proceeding to checkout. Orders are shipped from Italy. They are delivered safely and securely using the best couriers. Not all shipments are insured for the full value of the product; if you wish, you can request insurance separately for an additional fee.

Depending on the type of product purchased, our logistics team decides on the most suitable shipping option to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Below, you will find precise information on all our shipping methods and their respective transit times.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery, but upon request, we also offer in-home delivery by contacting us directly at customerservice@telami.it.

 

Curbside Delivery

This is our standard delivery method. The delivery date cannot be scheduled, and the package will be placed outside your home, on the sidewalk. Two consecutive delivery attempts will be made, only on business days.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can easily return it within the return window specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Conditions of Sale - Trade pages.

 

We do not charge any restocking fees.

The return procedure is simple: just contact the Customer Service team, who will guide and assist you every step of the way. Once the return procedure has been explained, you must contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the goods to be returned.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been specially customized for you. You can ship the product in its original packaging with a courier of your choice. Return shipping and any import duties into Italy will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the products reach our warehouse and it is confirmed they are in the same condition as when initially shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
